We have a “48 hours return and refund policy” which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality, freshness or quantity of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a refund to you by way of a discount coupon of same amount that can be accrued on any product on our website.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of food products, returns are accepted only if:

• Product is damaged during transit

• Wrong product delivered

• Product is defective or spoiled

2. Return Request Process

• Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide order details along with clear images/videos as proof

3. Refund Policy

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refund will be credited to the original payment method

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used products

• Change of mind

• Taste preferences

5. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
